Disclosure: I began to form this list when writing The Flavor Solution to make the transformation process seamless even if you're starting with no idea where to begin. As I started linking to products, I realized I may be able to earn commission on them, so I became an Amazon Associate. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This is an easy way to support Honor Strength at zero cost to you with products you would buy anyway. Thank you.

Cassava flour. We do not use wheat or grain based flours because of too many allergies, sensitivities, and toxicity concerns, so our recipes all call for cassava flour. This has the best flavor and texture but you can also find good results with coconut flour, almond flour, cashew flour, rice flours, potato flour, and combinations of these, depending on the recipe.

Coconut aminos are extremely close in flavor to soy sauce. Some people choose this for the lower sodium, we choose it to avoid any potential problems with the phytoestrogens and other anti-nutrients in soy.

Primal Kitchen is a great company that consistently uses high quality, organic ingredients without any added nonsense and also low or no sugar. Their ketchup, buffalo sauce, steak sauce, and Hawaiian bbq sauce are all favorites.

You might be hard pressed to find higher quality meat than Force of Nature. We've been ordering since well before they were on Amazon. This is a regenerative farm, meaning their animals actually regenerate the Earth, soil, and ecosystem. You can find bison, elk, venison, boar, beef, steak, sausages, hot dogs, and bacon.

These are good tasting, organic bone broths. We also love Kettle & Fire, but they tend to be the much more expensive option. Pacific Foods bone broth is good quality for a fraction of the price.

Siete has incredible products. Taco shells, wraps, burrito wraps, nachos, chips, and various snacks, grain-free. Instead they use cassava flour, almond flour, coconut flour, or chickpea flour. They also use avocado oil instead of processed seed oils.
