Below you can find the grocery lists for week 2 from The Flavor Solution.

Meat:

28 oz elk (1 package)

14 oz venison (1 package)

Produce:
3 large onions

3 large tomatoes (optional)

5-6 heads Romaine lettuce (optional)

Level 2: 8 oz cashews

Level 2: 800g wild blueberries (~2 lbs)

Harmless Harvest coconut yogurt, 6 servings

(will need 2 containers)

Dairy:

12 oz cheddar cheese, 16 oz for level 3

Other:

8 Siete wraps (hard or soft shells)​

1 bag Siete tortilla chips/nachos

4 tbsp butter

2 lbs bison

1 lb chicken

1 head of garlic

3 large onions

2 large bell peppers

level 2: 300g red potato (~11 oz)

level 3: 1 lb Brussel's sprouts

level 3: Harmless Harvest coconut yogurt, 6 servings (1.5 containers, should have .5 container left over from Days 8-11)

600g Raspberries or Blackberries (~22 oz)

1 container (4 cups) Bone Broth

1 container Verde salsa

2 tbsp butter, 4 if level 2, 6 if level 3
