Below you can find the grocery lists for week 1 from The Flavor Solution.

Meat:

3 lbs bison

2 lbs chicken

Produce:
8-12 green onions/chives
1 head of garlic
8 oz broccoli

2 packages peas & carrots

2 large bell peppers

1 package mushrooms

Level 2: 8 oz cashews

Level 2: 4.5 oz white rice & 4 cups bone broth

Level 3: 12 oz cheddar or 4 medium avocados

Level 3: 3 oz sesame seeds

Everything Else:

6 tbsp cassava flour, almond flour, or arrowroot

6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp Primal Kitchen ketchup
1 cup coconut aminos
salt,

ginger powder,

onion powder,

black pepper,

oregano,

basil,

parsley

4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 lb porkchops

1 cup pineapple, chunks (frozen is fine)

1 head garlic

level 2: 1 lb red potato

level 3: 1 lb Brussel's sprouts

6 tbsp cassava flour

1 tbsp butter, 5 if level 2, 8 if level 3

parsley

salt

black pepper

garlic powder

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

6 tbsp Primal Kitchen ketchup
